WHO WE ARE
Gavan Howe is the principle and founder of Ebranders, a subsidiary of Howe Brand Communications Inc.
For over 20 years Gavan and his team have been developing highly effective brand communication strategies
and organizational interventions based on rigorous research and sound strategy, not whim or creative whimsy.
This commitment to research-based interventions assures the client that any change management outcome and
its subsequent communications plan is based on the most recent research on all constituents involved.
There is no guessing or speculation here. Robust and rigorous research data is gathered, and analyzed from all
available resources, and is utilized to create change management interventions and communication
plans based on fact-based data, not intuition.
Gavan is at the final stages of his PhD dissertation on the socio, cultural, organizational, economic,
and human factors involved in construction death and injury in Canada and the US. Gavan has an MA in
Leadership (Royal Roads (2008), an MA in Human Development (Fielding Graduate University (2014)
and is at the final dissertation stage for a PhD in Human Development and Organizational Change
(Fielding Graduate University (Fall 2019). Gavan is an expert risk researcher and
communications expert having spent several decades researching risk and creating highly effective,
fact-based risk interventions and communications plans for a diverse range of companies and organizations.
